DicleFest Şanlıurfa — Festival Site Installation & Operations

The installation comprised a 25 × 25 m dome, 800 m² of event tents, 1,500 m² of platforms, flooring and staging, and 150 m² of LED screens. Four laser projection experience areas were created inside the dome spaces as part of the visual programme.

The dome tent was positioned as a central feature of the festival layout. Dome and event tents were considered alongside barriers, activity areas, welcome points and technical access. Planning these elements together connected the entrance routes with the different experiences across the square.

Table tennis, table football and activities for children and young people gave visitors opportunities to take part throughout the day. Activity positions were planned with waiting areas, crowd density, clear circulation space and the movement of families in mind. Indoor tent layouts brought together technology displays, information stands and visitor experiences.

The concert area combined stage placement, the LED screen, audience barriers, visitor routes and crew access. These decisions supported the relationship between the stage and the wider festival site, while keeping technical operations connected to the concert area.

Photo areas, decor, branded experience points and welcome desks were placed along the visitor routes. Platforms, ground preparation and steps supported the practical use of the open square. Sahneva coordinated the tents, stage surroundings, activity zones and decor as parts of the same festival operation, with the site photographs documenting both installation and the completed visitor areas.
