Do you support multi-day congresses with multiple rooms?

Can your team join a venue site inspection before the event?
Yes. We can join site inspection visits with your PCO or agency team. Our production team assesses power supply, loading access, ceiling grid height, room acoustics, screen sightlines and any venue-specific technical constraints.
Do you support simultaneous interpretation for international congresses?
Yes — interpreter booths, consoles, delegate receivers and operator support, integrated with the room audio and the recording feed. Interpreters themselves are normally contracted by the organiser or PCO; we supply and run the technical infrastructure.
Can you support an exhibition stand alongside our conference programme?
Yes. Include the fair or congress name, hall and stand number, stand builder's drawing, exhibitor manual and content requirements. We can scope the stand display, playback, demo audio and technical support alongside the conference rooms, with separate access and operating schedules.
