Prepare the content for the screen and the room
A presentation built for a standard widescreen display may need a different layout on a panoramic or corner LED wall. Agree the final screen canvas, content resolution, playback source and slide handover date before your design team exports the files.
For live demonstrations, define who controls the presentation, how product audio reaches the audience and when the team can rehearse. For hybrid events, remote-speaker return audio, camera feeds and venue internet are separate items in the technical plan.
