Production approach
The main stage faced a large outdoor audience area. Its performance deck, side platforms, draping, audience sightlines and technical access points were planned together. Equipment positions and backstage routes had to support the movement of performers and crew throughout the programme.
The main LED display and side screens carried stage content, sponsor messages and festival visuals. Screen positioning and the backstage playback arrangement were considered together so the display system could support communication across the audience area. LED alignment and content checks formed part of the installation sequence.
The line array system was planned around the outdoor site and the needs of live performance. Front fills, stage monitors, microphones and performance connections were considered alongside the main loudspeaker positions. Lighting rigs, truss lines, scaffold structures and suspension points were reviewed through the load plan before crane-assisted assembly placed the heavier stage components.
Backstage audio racks, patch connections, data and signal lines, power distribution and cable routes were organised as part of the stage control system. The technical team followed LED playback, audio connections, lighting and stage operation through the same production workflow. Installation checks and support during the festival connected the visible stage presentation with the technical systems behind it.
