Dry hire, installed, or crewed
Three commercial models for the same stock. The right one depends on what your own team can cover.
Dry hire
Equipment only. You collect or we deliver, and your own technical team rigs and operates it. Suited to teams that tour with their own crew and just need local stock. Delivery window and return time are agreed in writing; the kit list is checked out and back in against it.
Delivered and installed
We deliver, rig, test and hand over a working system, then return for de-rig. Your team operates during the event. The most common model for corporate meetings where the client has an in-house AV person but no crew or stock.
Crewed
Equipment plus operators for the live window — audio engineer, lighting operator, video and presentation operator as the format requires. This is the model for anything with speakers, a run of show or a live stream, because the failure modes are operational rather than technical.

Stock held in Istanbul
Istanbul is our operating base. Equipment availability is checked for your dates, and any additions or substitutions are confirmed against the final kit list and other bookings.
Both sides of the city
European and Anatolian side venues are served by the same crew and the same stock. Where a programme runs on both sides on one day, loads are staged separately rather than moved across the city between calls.
Delivery windows
Delivery is planned against the venue or organiser's permitted access hours and loading arrangements. Include the stand or room handover time as well as the event opening time.
Route measured, not assumed
Lift depth, corridor turns and door clearance cap the largest case, deck and panel that can reach the room. We confirm those before the kit list is finalised.

AV rental questions
Can you supply AV for a product launch or dealer meeting in Istanbul?
Yes. We scope LED screens, playback, microphones, sound and lighting around your programme, with installation or operating support. Share the venue plan, audience, presentation files and launch or meeting schedule. Rehearsal, speaker changeovers, product lighting and crew hours are agreed with your agency or corporate team.
What should our overseas design team send for the LED content?
Send the planned screen dimensions, a sample of the content and the intended playback source. The final display canvas and file requirements are agreed with the video team before export. A standard slide deck may need adapting for a panoramic, portrait or corner screen.
What does an AV rental package in Istanbul actually include?
At minimum: audio appropriate to the room, microphones for every speaking role, presenter lighting, a display surface, and the cabling and distribution behind them. Playback control, streaming and additional crew are added according to the programme. We quote each of those as separate lines so you can see what you are paying for.
Can we rent equipment without technicians?
Yes, dry hire is available. It suits teams that travel with their own crew. For anything with a live speaker programme we recommend at least a delivered-and-installed handover, because most visible failures at corporate events are operational rather than equipment faults.
Can we combine screens, microphones and lighting in one rental?
Yes. We can quote the display, sound, lighting and playback as one AV package, with delivery, installation and crew shown in the scope. If you already have a technical rider, send it so we can review the required equipment and any proposed alternatives.
Do you support hybrid and streamed sessions?
Yes. Camera, vision mixing, encoding and a clean recording feed are supplied as part of the same package. If your conference has interpretation, breakout rooms or a session-management workflow, the conference AV page covers that specifically.
How quickly can you respond to a change on site?
Tell the project lead what has changed. The response depends on available equipment, crew, venue access and travel time. Operator hours and any planned spare equipment can be included in the quotation before the event.
Do you provide AV outside Istanbul?
Yes. Istanbul is our base and equipment, transport and crew can be planned for events elsewhere in Turkey. Share the city, venue and access dates so we can review the delivery scope and availability.
